Disclaimer, terms and privacy
Disclaimer
Larped checks whether the tech claims around a Solana token can be backed by public evidence: on-chain data, public code and the project's own website.
- Evidence, not accusations. Red flags describe what happened, for example that a creator sold their tokens. They do not say why it happened or what anyone intended. Larped never says a project is a scam.
- Unproven is not the same as fake. "No proof" means nothing could be verified from public data at the time of the scan. Many honest projects simply publish no proof.
- Not financial advice. Nothing on Larped is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Do your own research.
- Results can be wrong or outdated. Public data can be incomplete, sources can fail, and a project can change after a scan. Each result shows when it was made.
Terms of use
The service
Larped, its website, API, command-line tool and Claude Code plugin are provided free of charge, as they are, without any warranty. We may change, limit or stop the service at any time.
Fair use
Scans are rate-limited per connection and by a shared budget. Do not try to get around these limits, overload the service, or use it to harm others. Use saved reports (/api/report) where you can; they are free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using Larped or relying on its results, including trading losses.
Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Privacy
- No accounts, no cookies, no tracking. Larped has no login, sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics.
- What we store: the token addresses that are scanned, the scan results (which contain only public blockchain and website data, including public wallet addresses), and how often each token was checked.
- Connection data: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes IP addresses to deliver the site, apply rate limits and protect against abuse, under its own privacy policy. We do not combine this with anything else.
- Your rights: under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Because we keep no personal accounts, this will rarely apply. Contact us as described below.
Corrections and contact
If you represent a project and believe a result is wrong, or for any privacy request, send a message to @LarpedCheck on X or open an issue at github.com/FransmanKC/larped-cli/issues. Include the token address and what you think is wrong. We review every report, and you can also make your project verifiable by publishing your token's address in your repository or on your website.
